SpaceFest: Carms Freshers Ball
Prepare to blast off with SpaceFest
This is Carmarthen's Freshers Ball - It's going to be bouncing with space-themed fancy dress and intergalactic hits.
Free Raffle
Tickets are free and everyone who signs up is automatically entered into a free raffle to win some "out-of-this-world" goodies (unless you want to opt out).
Attending our event
This is a free event, you don't have to book a ticket, but it really helps us if you do - plus you'll have the chance to win some cool prizes.
Good to know
Y Clwb is Carmarthen’s on-campus club open for Welcome and Club Nights, located on the ground floor of the Students' Union Building, providing great music, great events and cheap drinks.
Accessibility
- Y Clwb is located on the ground floor, with even flooring and ramp access throughout.
- There are toilet facilities on the ground floor, including a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities.
- There is strobe lighting and loud speakers.

- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.

Photographs and videos may be taken at our events. By booking on to our event, you grant us (UWTSD Students’ Union) full rights to use the resulting images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know by getting in touch or speaking with the on-site photographer.
