Running for: Carmarthen Campus President

Hi everyone, my name is Lowri Wilson, and I am currently the Carmarthen Campus President for 23/24.

I am a recent B/A acting student after graduating last July with a first-class degree. I have been heavily involved with the student`s Union for over 3.5 years. I have been SU crew, Health & Wellbeing Officer, & Course Rep in my first & third year. In my third year I got elected in to be the Sabbatical Officer for 23/24. I have lots of experience dealing with the university through lots of different roles. I have also built great relationships with senior members of staff.

I am a passionate individual who is known to go out of their way to support students in every way I can. I am known to speak up for what I believe in, deliver on my word and I have been known to hold those accountable when I need too. 

This year I have made some great wins, including a Sensory Nook, Standing Desks, Pond Re-development, Nursing Room, a Parent/Child Study Room, Building a Community on Campus for those with Caring Responsibilities.
