Trinity Saint David Students’ Union is very pleased to announce that we have appointed a new Chief Executive, Steve Ralph who will join us full-time on 23rd March 2020.
Steve is currently working as the Head of Student Voice in Cardiff University Students’ Union, where he has been responsible for student representation work as well as overseeing the Students’ Union’s democratic structures. He has previously worked at Hull University Union and is well known within the student movement, having run sessions at national events such as ‘membership services conference’. The current TSDSU Chief Executive, Rhys Dart, is leaving the Students’ Union to join UWTSD as the new Executive Head of Student Services in January after four and a half years in post. Group President Becky Ricketts said that “ Rhys leaves us with our thanks and best wishes and whilst we’re sad to see him go, we are looking forward to working with him in his new role in the new year. The SU team are all excited to have recruited Steve, who will bring with him a great amount of Students’ Union know-how and experience. I’m looking forward to welcoming him to the Students’ Union in March”

Steve Ralph will be spending some time with TSDSU prior to his official start date, as part of transition arrangements.
