Free, Independent, Confidential - and run by your Students' Union

Our advice service is free, independent and confidential.We aim to empower you to make the decisions that are right for you by helping you with both university processes and finding the right support.

We specialise in providing academic advice and support for Extenuating Circumstances and Interruption of Studies, Grades and Academic Appeals, Raising Concerns & Complaints, Academic Misconduct, and Fitness to Practise, Non-Academic Misconduct & Support for Study.
