You'll find the team in the office and the doors to Y Llofft student bar and social space open again.

• SU Office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

• Y Llofft Social Space is open for longer - Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 03:00 (it's now open 18 hours a day)

• Y Llofft Student Bar is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 17:30 - 21:00, with our club events happening upstairs too.

• Y Clwb is still closed due to some ongoing repair works.
   

Swipe Cards and Weekend Access

Swipe card access to the Students’ Union building in Carmarthen is now available!This will grant you entry to the whole building from 18:00 - 03:00, Monday to Friday and 09:00 - 03:00, Saturday and Sunday. You will need your Student I.D to be activated in the Dewi Reception. Afterwards, you can scan your card on the scanner located at the little brown fence by the entrance of the building.

 

Disney Dress Up Night

Friday 30 January, 21:00 - 02:00 in Y Llofft

Step into the magic! Dress as your favourite Disney character and dance the night away - prizes for the best outfits and all your favourite party tunes all night long!

 

 

February Events and Opening Hours

There will be laid back and non alcoholic events from 17:30 - 21:00 every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We will be announcing the events via our socials, so make sure you keep up to date with us by following us on Instagram!
 

Bookable Rooms

We now have two bookable rooms for students to use on the upstairs corridor by Y Llofft. To book them, contact the University Accommodation team at accommodation@uwtsd.ac.uk and give 24 hours' notice, and report to the porters when the space will be in use.

 

UppaSaints End of Season Party!

Wednesday 4 March, 16:30 - 22:00 in Y Llofft

Your UppaSaints Rugby and Football Teams have their last home games on the 4th of March, and your Netball team will also be taking on Swansea Women’s 4 away for their last game of the season. So join us and cheer on the teams during their last home matches, and then meet us in Y Llofft after the games to celebrate a fantastic season with free Pizza, good music, and a night full of celebrations!
