I have noticed that the university has removed two trees that were outside the front of the church on campus. Some students used these trees as anchor points for slack lining. Slack lining is a sport similar to tight rope walking a wide strap is attached around two anchor points normally trees and then the user walks along the line performing tricks and balancing moves. This sport is becoming more popular  and promotes balance, focus and core strength. It would be really great if the university could replace the removed trees with posts that a slack line could be attatched to. This will give students a permanent place to do this activity and promote new and different activities.

As the university promotes green ethics it would be amazing if there was a push for the replanting of trees to replace the removed ones.

Many help with this idea would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks The Outdoor Society
