We’re absolutely bursting with excitement to share that we’ve ranked 3rd in Wales for “Best Students’ Union” in the WhatUni? Student Choice Awards! (We are 40th in UK, jumping 49 places from last year 🥳) 

What makes this even more special is that it’s all based on feedback from students – so this is 100% thanks to you. 
 
We’re proud of everything our team have done to make this a place where students feel supported, included, and heard. Whether it’s been through events, campaigns, clubs, support services or just creating a space to hang out and feel at home. 
 
We’re also over the moon for the uni too - UWTSD placed 2nd in Wales for the “University of the Year”. Placing 1st in Wales for both Lecturers & Teaching Quality and Student Support and 2nd in Wales for Facilities – these are incredible achievements that we want to give a massive round of applause to. 
 
Thank you to everyone who shared all their amazing feedback about us – this is fuel on the fire for us, and we’re excited for everything still to come!
