Big Plant III
1000 TREES
TSD Swansea Environment Society are thrilled to announce that on Saturday 17th November we will be planting our 1000th tree at Llys Nini Animal Shelter.
This marks an important milestone in our relationship with the site and our commitment to helping wildlife survive the winter (all of the trees planted are fruit-bearing species, which birds and small mammals can feed on in colder months when food is scarce).
Please join us in this important celebration as we plant our THIRD installment of trees on this site, creating a multigenerational woodland that people will be able to enjoy for years to come.
Food and transport will be provided, please wear suitable footwear and outerwear for the weather.The bus will pick up from Llys Glas (located next to the Alex building) at 10am.
