Mr X Christmas Appeal
This winter students and staff at TSD have once again taken part in the annual Mr X Christmas Appeal. In it’s 57th year, the appeal has identified 4500 local children who without our help would have missed out on opening a present at Christmas
The TSDSU Mr X appeal has been incredibly successful with over 300 students and staff collecting names of children from our Mr X trees and buying them a present to open on Christmas morning.
TSDSU has taken part in the appeal for the last few years, and we have been incredibly pleased with the generosity shown once again by our university community. The presents donated range from dvds and sweets to remote control dinosaurs and giant cuddly toys, all of which went to children in Wales who need it the most.
Thank you to everyone who donated a present to the campaign this year and we look forward to taking part for many years to come!
