For Valentine’s Day this year we are 'Showing Some Love'!

Has someone gone out of their way to inspire you or support you through the various lockdowns and struggles thrown at us all during these past 10 months? 

In these dark times we want to help you show the people you love that they are appreciated!

We have created a nomination form in which you can anonymously nominate a classmate, lecturer, work colleague or other member of staff (Anyone with a UWTSD email address) to be recognised and celebrated for their time, energy and support whilst things have been harder than we all would have expected. So get your nominations in now in time for Valentine’s Day! 

We want you to say thank you to those individuals in your life for anything that you think deserves recognition; they may be juggling children and university, have volunteered in the community helping with shopping or prescriptions, making your learning engaging, or they may simply be a wonderful human that needs to be reminded for their amazing efforts to remain upbeat, positive, and optimistic during an extremely challenging period. 

Nominations can be anonymous, and we would love to know why you are nominating this person. Nominees will receive an e-card from us with the reason they were nominated. So, make someone's day and tell them just why you love them this Valentine's Day.
