Autumn Election Voting Opens

 

This week we’ll be encouraging as many students as possible to vote in the Students’ Union Autumn Elections.

 

We’ve got student candidates running for a range of leadership positions within the Students’ Union. You can read a bit about them and what they promise to do if they're elected by clicking the link below.

 

Voting will open at 10 am on Monday 16th November and stay open until 3 pm on Thursday.

 

We’ll be announcing the winners on Friday.

Every Wednesday afternoon, Brook is hosting a free webinar for students on different sexual health topics. 

 

This week is a deep dive into LGBT Diversity and Homophobic, bi-phobic and transphobic bullying.

 

• Explore the difference between sex and gender.
• Recognise and understand LGBT+ terminology.
• Understanding what is homophobic, bi-phobic and transphobic bullying and how to challenge it.
• Explain how to access more information, help and advice, including local support services.
