Taya did you proud in an interview with BBC Wales. Talking alongside the University, the interview discusses the impact of the Cost of Living crisis on students.

The interview covers the support available to students at UWTSD right now - from new bursaries to food hubs to well-being support and £1 meal deals.

"Going out and socialising should not be considered a luxury and is something that students should be able to do".

Your university experience is more than just lectures - spending time with friends and going out can play an important part. But after paying your bills, you might not be able to make the most of this opportunity.

So what are we doing?

Firstly, your Sabbatical team is working super-hard with the University to help get you support - there are loads of new bursaries and initiatives to help you!
