Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025/26
We are your Students' Union, and our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important once-a-year meeting that all UWTSD students are welcome to attend.
Happening on Tuesday 02 December 2025 at 15:00, here's what we have planned:
- We present a review of what's been achieved in the past academic year
- You have a chance to review and vote on student-submitted ideas called motions - and you can submit a motion via our online motion form
- Vote on our Affiliations
- Vote on Bye-laws
- Review our budget
The event will be held online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 02 December at 15:00.
Submit your motion
A motion is a student-submitted idea that gets presented and debated at the AGM for a chance to become Union policy.
To submit an idea, you need to complete the online motion form and have another student second your idea - the deadline is 12:00 on Friday 28 November 2025.

Refunds
Event tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, unless;
- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.

Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may be taken at our events. By booking on to our event, you grant us (UWTSD Students’ Union) full rights to use the resulting images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know by getting in touch or speaking with the on-site photographer.
