Important CarmsFest Update
We want to give you an amazing summer ball experience - that's why we're taking you to TaweFest, with free transport from Carmarthen campus and back.
Ticket sales for CarmsFest have been slow and we haven't hit the number needed to make this an evening to remember - and that's why we've had to make a tough call to cancel CarmsFest and take you to TaweFest.
By bringing Carmarthen and Swansea together - we think it'll be the best summer ball we've ever run - and the celebration you deserve!
If you've purchased a CarmsFest ticket, we've just emailed you an important update - you need to reply to that email.
If you are a Carmarthen student and want to go to TaweFest, you can buy a Carmarthen Student ticket (which includes free transport) - but spaces are limited - https://www.uwtsdunion.co.uk/events/tawe-fest-2024.

Ticketed Event
Some events have limited spaces. If a Book Now button appears within the description you must register before you can attend. For these events please only book if you know you can make it. You can also let us know if you can’t attend so we can offer your space to someone else.
Refunds
Event tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, unless;
- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.

Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may be taken at our events. By booking on to our event, you grant us (UWTSD Students’ Union) full rights to use the resulting images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know by getting in touch or speaking with the on-site photographer.
