Oddity Ceramics - Come paint with us!
Location: SU Snug/ Date and Time: 22/09/2026 5pm until 7pm
Join us for a creative and fun-filled ceramics workshop hosted by Oddity Ceramics, founded by our talented alumni Hannah!
In this hands-on new student essential inspired session, you’ll be given an already made Mug (perfect to add some style to your room, get your caffeine fix in or even use as a pencil pot) and bring it to life with unique designs using a variety of vibrant paints. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience with pottery, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to explore a new skill, unleash your creativity, and make new friends in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Our instructor Hannah, a graduate of UWTSD and the founder of Oddity Ceramics, will guide you through each step of the process, sharing her expertise and passion for ceramics. This workshop is a testament to the talent and entrepreneurial spirit of our alumni community.
Important Information:
- The SU Snug can be found at the end of the SU corridor in the Dylan Thomas Centre. At this time you will need to enter the building via the backdoors in the carpark where an SU staff member can sign you in.
- Cost: £3
- Tickets: Sign up for your ticket here, spaces are limited.
- If you are late you will eat into your painting time and may not get to finish your creation.
- All materials will be provided, and you’ll have your very own handmade mug keepsake (please note they will need to be fired in a kiln and will be available to collect in around 3-4 weeks)

Ticketed Event
