COPR BAR (In partnership with AU Vodka)
Private Hire of the downstairs
Pizza; get there before it runs out!
And a Live Singer ‘Brook Fox’ from 8:30pm
Free access to Ping Pong, Pool and Table Football
Tickets
This event is free, but please sign up to let us know you are coming.
The private area has a max of 50 capacity, so anyone not booked on at arrival will only be able to use the upstairs area.
Nervous and want to bring a friend? That's fine, we will allow you to obtain two tickets per person.
Accessibility
- Venue is dog friendly
- This event takes place in the basement of COPR Bar which is only accessible via stairs
- Brook Fox will be performing upstairs so all students can enjoy
- There is an accessible toilet
- General public will be in the upstairs space
- The basement is dimly lit and may have lights and music playing

Refunds
Event tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, unless;
- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.

Photographs and videos may be taken at our events. By booking on to our event, you grant us (UWTSD Students’ Union) full rights to use the resulting images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know by getting in touch or speaking with the on-site photographer.
