Get ready for a full day of gaming fun as we team up with the University for an exciting Esports Game Day!
Whether you’re a casual gamer, a competitive player, or just curious about Esports, this event is open to all students. Come along to:
- Play and compete in games like Rocket League and Overwatch 2
- Meet new people and connect with fellow gamers
- Chat to the Students’ Union about creating an Esports Society
- Explore the world of Esports and the competitions you could take part in

Accessibility
- The rooms are located on the first floor of the IQ building; this is accessed via stairs or lift.
- We aren’t expecting everyone to know about Esports and staff will explain basics for anyone who is new to it.
Important Information
- Signing up via the QR code will help us know how many people to expect, but don't worry if you haven’t as we are expecting people to drop in to the rooms throughout the day.

Ticketed Event
Some events have limited spaces. If a Book Now button appears within the description you must register before you can attend. For these events please only book if you know you can make it. You can also let us know if you can’t attend so we can offer your space to someone else.
Refunds
Event tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, unless;
- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.

Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may be taken at our events. By booking on to our event, you grant us (UWTSD Students’ Union) full rights to use the resulting images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know by getting in touch or speaking with the on-site photographer.
