About the Workshop
Our instructor Nia will be teaching a yoga class on Teams that is focused on accessibility and stress reduction. Nia is a qualified Vinayasa & Yin Yoga teacher. Please remember to wear comfy clothing, keep a water bottle nearby, and clear a space large enough to lay down with your arms stretched to the side to practice in. Bonus points if you have a yoga mat, but a towel or blanket works well too! You can find more info about this event as well as helpful tips before the class on our Facebook page here.
