Do you want to try something new? How about joining the Give It A Go trip with the Outdoor Pursuits Society to Wild Lakes Wales! Why not have a go at a beginners wakeboarding session, or are you an experienced climber who wants to take on the bouldering wall? No matter your ability, Wild Lakes has something for everyone to take part in, and is offering them at half the price it would normally cost you to try these sports! After a long day of fun and adventuring, stop off and have some food in the Tipi Dining experience whilst watching your friends take on the wakeboarding sessions. 

You do not need to be a member of the Outdoor Pursuits society to take part in this trip, but it’s a great opportunity to try out some of the amazing activities and events that the society has to offer. If you are taking part in the wakeboarding sessions you will need to bring swimming costumes and towels, but wetsuits and wakeboarding kit will be provided by Wild Lakes. Similarly, if you're taking part in the bouldering sessions, bring clothes that are comfortable, and you can move freely in. We will be meeting outside of the Dylan Thomas Center SU on the 12th of October and then travelling to pick up the carmathen students from carmathen SU at 12pm!
