A practical and wellbeing focused workshop that explores how performers can prepare for the industry and for the demands of live and creative work.
Students learn about self-advocacy, healthy working habits, and planning for life after university.
The session also covers Access Riders, which are documents performers can share to explain their needs and support an accessible working environment.
