University will test more than your academic ability.
It will test how you handle pressure, emotions, and other people.

Deadlines. Group work. Miscommunication. Stress.
Most students are never actually taught how to deal with any of it yet these are the exact skills employers expect from day one.

In this session;

You’ll build a practical Resilience & Wellbeing Toolkit you can use immediately in your studies now, and in your career later.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Build your personal resilience toolkit
    Practical strategies to stay steady, focused, and in control under pressure
  • Understand and manage your emotions
    Recognise what you’re feeling, why it’s happening, and how to respond — not react
  • Use NVC Communication 
    A simple, powerful framework to communicate clearly, reduce tension, and be understood
  • Apply these skills in employment
    Learn how resilience, emotional control, and communication directly impact performance, relationships, and progression in the workplace

These skills will support you throughout your career not just now.
