What are the Student Led Awards?

This year we're launching the first ever TSD Annual Student Led Awards. The awards give you the chance to highlight the amazing work that students, staff and lecturers do to make student life at UWTSD amazing.

There are catagories for all aspects of the university so if you have a friend or fellow society member that goes above and beyond whilst volunteering or organising student events; nominate them.

If instead of waking up for that lecture and having to load up with a pint of coffee to get yourself there, you arrive early because you know the lecturer is amazing - why not nominate them?

You know that staff member in student support who really went out of their way to make sure you had the help you needed? They're definitely worth a nomination!

The awards evening will be held on May 22nd in the Lampeter Refectory and is a formal event with all the trimmings including live music and a comedian compare throughout the night, more details to follow. 

All those who nominate someone who is shortlisted will be invited to invite the event and of course all those shortlisted will be invited.

The awards will be decided by a panel consisting of union officers, staff and independent persons.
