Tai Chi Taster Session.
Are you looking to take up Tai Chi, or have you already mastered the art? How about coming along to our taster session and getting to know other students with an interest in Tai Chi.
What to expect:
- A chance to meet and socialise with other students
Tai Chi uses natural movements to produce flow in your body; this helps to quiet your mind and settle your emotions. This is a great session to attend to feel relaxed and refreshed.
Accessibility:
- Please wear suitable clothing.
- Please bring your own water and refreshments.
- This is an active event and requires a degree of physical fitness; if you have any questions, please email suopportunities@uwtsd.ac.uk
