We are working with the charity Brook to empower young people to have happy, healthy relationships. We'll be running a series of online seminars (webinar) around all aspects of sexual health. 

Our Consent and Healthy Relationships webinar will:

• Explore the complexity of relationships by understanding what is, and what is not, normal behaviour in a relationship to help stay safe.
• Recognise what we mean by consent in terms of freedom, capacity and choice, and what this means in practice.
• Practice and explore how to ask and respond to consent using verbal and nonverbal language and body language.
• Identify myths about sex, sexual violence, rape and consent.
• Explain how to access local support services.
