Get ready for a full day of festive fun at Winter Wonderland! 🎠✨ Think sparkling lights, magical rides, Christmas tunes, and plenty of hot chocolate and treats to keep you warm.
🎟️ Meet Inna by the Visitor Entrance at Red Gate (nearest train station is Bond Street or Marble Arch) at 10:45 AM sharp to collect your ticket.
Please note: your booking is just a confirmation, not the actual ticket — you’ll need to pick it up in person.
⏰ Try your best to be on time — if you arrive late, we might not be able to give you your ticket (and that would be snow much sadder!). 🥶

Refunds
Event tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, unless;
- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.
