As part of our Black History Month activities, the Students Union invites you to reclaim your narrative with an afternoon of exploring creative Writing and Heritage.
The event is run by Tunji Offeyi, the author of Heritage Narratives, who is a Nigerian-British journalist, Salzburg Global Fellow, and a doctoral researcher in his final year.
His extensive experience includes coordinating the UWTSD Cares Project, a community-building initiative that aimed to support and connect students from diverse backgrounds, which led to the inspiration for this project.
He also served as the Students' Union representative on the University Research and Ethics Committee. Through Heritage Narratives, Tunji takes readers on a journey, introducing the stories of UWTSD's diverse student body.
