This semester we have been working with the careers department to help you improve your CV. Here are the top 10 things you should do before you leave university to increase your employability!

 

 

This week we are focusing on number 2 ‘Join a sports club or society’. We have a huge variety of sports and societies at TSDSU and if there isn’t something for you then you can make your own here.

 

With East V West coming soon all of our sports clubs will be looking for new members and will be holding ‘Give it a Go’ sessions over the next few weeks, turn up and have a go, whether you have played before or not.

 

If you are already in a sports club or society then you should definitely consider running for a committee position. These positions will help you to gain lots of different skills that translate into a working environment and employers will be looking out for these.
