Welcome to Lampeter Music Society!

The UWTSD Lampeter Music Society is here to help musicians in UWTSD find their feet! No matter what instrument or what genre, from Baroque to Jazz to Indie pop, the Music Society will be there to facilitate your creativity and help you thrive as a musician in Lampeter.

Whether you currently play, or want to get into music, this is the society for you! You will gain access to our planned practice rooms and equipment as well as a place in organising music themed events for students.

We hope to create a welcoming environment where musicians can meet, practice and connect. An active music scene will enrich the campus atmosphere and student satisfaction.

Lampeter naturally attracts creative and artistically minded people; however until recently has provided few outlets for musical expression. We hope to unlock the potential of students and facilitate musical learning here in the oldest University in Wales.

Everyone is welcome in our society, we hope to see you soon! We practice in Arts 1 on Satudays from 12.30pm
