Welcome to UWTSD Lampeter R.F.C.!

Lampeter is the birthplace of Rugby in Wales! Join the Lampeter Rugby Football Club; all experience and skill levels welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned player, a novice or a fan of watching, as long as you are able to play, come and join us for a training session!

We offer free gender-inclusive training for all, plus social evenings, activities and fun! 

We train on the Lampeter Sports Pitch at 1pm on Wednesdays.

If you haven’t purchased this membership already, you’ll be prompted to do when you join this group. Weekly sessions are based in Lampeter.
