We reserve the right to film, photograph and make audio recordings at our events.

Captured images, video and audio may be used by the Students’ Union and/or the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, for uses including but not limited to, printed promotional materials, digital design, promotional videos and social media posts.

By attending an event you grant UWTSD Students' Union the use of said images, video and audio in the form of a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide license that you will claim no monetary value for.

If you do not wish for your photo to be taken during an event, please inform one of our photographers at the time so appropriate measures can be taken.
