If your hoody is faulty, please contact us to discuss a repair, replacement, or refund. You’ll need to provide your sales receipt. To discuss your options, please contact us at union@uwtsd.ac.uk.

All refunds are issued onto the original payment method - i.e. refunds will be made onto the original card used. Funds can take up to five working days to appear in your account.
