Online Purchases 

All online hoody orders are managed and fulfilled by our partner, Uniwear. Full details of their returns policy can be found on their website: https://uwtsd.universityhoodies.org/page/delivery

 

Repairs and Replacements 

If your hoody is faulty, please contact us to discuss a repair, replacement, or refund. You’ll need to provide your sales receipt. To discuss your options, please contact us at union@uwtsd.ac.uk

 

Events 

Event tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, unless; 

  • You give us at least ten working-days notice 
  • We postpone or cancel the event. 
  • Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.

Payment Method 

All refunds are issued onto the original payment method - i.e. refunds will be made onto the original card used. Funds can take up to five working days to appear in your account.
