Many students at UWTSD identify outside the gender binary and we currently don't have many spaces for them. The SU have already recognised this and their offices have gender neutral bathrooms but they aren't always available and there aren't any on the wider university campuses. While it is possible for students desiring a gender neutral to use the accessible bathrooms on campus, this shouldn't be their only option. I propose we make a greater effort to implement floor-to-ceiling cublicle gender neutral bathrooms on each campus and have the university recognise the need for them, rather than just the SU.
