the university has policy on Student Pregnancy Maternity and Adoption Leave Policy (found at https://www.uwtsd.ac.uk/media/uwtsd-website/content-assets/documents/strategies-policies/Student_Pregnancy_Maternity_Paternity_and_Adoption_Leave_Policy.pdf ). The policy it mostly start well with very inclusive langue, however in section 5 For students who become pregnant during their studies most part desicribe the student as Her... which in most cases is true, however, agian langue is keen and can be very important to poeple under the transgender umbralla, and using she could cause problem for transitioning who are assign female at birth poeple aka, Trans-men and non-biary poeple, as depanding on thier treement plan they can still have children, the main problem is that it my induce stress and how it currently used may effect their  dysphoria from gender incongruence (ICD-11)... i pose we correct the her in this policy to thier to match the documation all trough, as it is noticeable and to plug any issue that may happen in furture, also to note i am aware that this is a hot topic but if a student getting mess about while pregant which is unhealth for the unborn child and parant
