Let's introduce you to your Union Presidents for 2024/25! From left to right, we have Natalie Beard, returning as your Swansea Campus President, Maria Dinu as your new Group President, and Rhobyn Grant as your new Lampeter Campus President.

Say it with us - 👏 we're led by students and run for students 👏

Union Presidents were students like you, who were elected into their roles by other students and work full-time to steer what we do.

Natalie, Maria, and Rhobyn were elected by UWTSD students earlier this year and have been in post since June. And even though they've only been here for what feels like two minutes, they've got stuck in and are brimming with ideas and drive. Make sure you give them a follow so you don't miss a beat.

Here's a speedy recap of what they've been up to;

• They joined you in the graduation celebrations and gave their speeches. 
• We got them up to speed with a Students' Union Induction
• They've met loads of university departments and staff
• They met other SU Officers from across the UK at NUS Lead and Change
• They met other Wales-based SU Officers at a conference in Cardiff
• And they've started the groundwork for their manifesto

You may have noticed we're down a Carmarthen Campus President; Lowri is no longer at UWTSD Students' Union - and we wish them the best of luck for the future. Don't worry, Carmarthen - your other Presidents, Student Reps, and Union staff are here to ensure you have all you need.

Let's wrap this up by giving Nat, Maria, and Rhobyn a big old UWTSD welcome - we've got an awesome feeling about 2024/25.
