The Winter Break is nearly here, and we're gearing up for the holidays. Below is all the information you need to know, including how to access support over the next few weeks.

❄️ Office Closures

Due to the university closures days and staff annual leave, all our offices (apart from Lampeter) are closed from Friday 13th December 2024 and reopen on Monday 6th January 2025. Our Lampeter Office is closed from Friday 20th December 2024 and reopens on Monday 13th January 2025.

📧 Advice Service

Our Advice Service is available until Friday, 13th December 2024, then is closed for the winter break until Monday, 6th January 2025. We've put together information for you on our Advice and Support over the Winter Break blog post.

❤️ Well-being Support

You can access free well-being support with the Student Assistance Programme or by calling 0800 028 3766.

📣 Things to look forward to

• Save The Date: ReFreshers is happening the last week of January in Cardiff, Carmarthen, Lampeter, and Swansea.
• Venue Events: We've announced our venues events line-up until the end of the academic year.
• Announcements In The New Year: Give It A Go events, Skills Week in Cardiff, Birmingham, London, Spring Elections across all campuses, LGBTQ+ History Month, Wellbeing Campaigns and more. There's lots planned - don't worry about remembering it all now - we'll send you an update in the new year.
