Day Trip to Cardiff – 16th August
Join us for a fun and relaxing coach trip from Birmingham to Cardiff, as part of our Birmingham Summer Celebrations! Whether you're interested in shopping, sightseeing, or just exploring somewhere new, this is a great chance to enjoy a full day in the vibrant capital of Wales.
The journey each way will take around 2.5 hours, depending on traffic. The coach will leave Quay Place Campus promptly at 7:30 AM, and we’ll arrive in Cardiff at approximately 10:00 AM. You’ll then have the entire day to explore the city at your own pace. Whether you want to visit Cardiff Castle, stroll through Bute Park, or check out the shops and cafes in the city centre, how you spend the day is entirely up to you!
The coach will depart Cardiff at around 5:00 PM, getting us back to Quay Place Campus by approximately 7:30 PM.

Please Note
Please buy a ticket for every indivudual attending the trip (including children)
The coach for this trip is wheelchair accessible and features an onboard toilet.
If you a bringing a child who requires a booster seat this must be provided by yourself.
For safety reasons hildren will need to sit in their own seat
Any children joining us are the responsibility of their parents, not SU staff or other students partaking in the trip.

- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.
