This pop-up is your chance to:
- Chat with the SU team and learn what support, events, and opportunities are available to you
- Meet Rainna and ask about her goals for the year
- Share what matters to you as a UWTSD student
- Ask questions about societies, events, campaigns, or anything else Union-related
No need to book – just drop by!
We’ll be by the reception desk at Haywood House from 11:00 to 14:00 – come say hi!

Some events have limited spaces. If a Book Now button appears within the description you must register before you can attend. For these events please only book if you know you can make it. You can also let us know if you can’t attend so we can offer your space to someone else.
Refunds
Event tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, unless;
- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.

Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may be taken at our events. By booking on to our event, you grant us (UWTSD Students’ Union) full rights to use the resulting images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know by getting in touch or speaking with the on-site photographer.
