About us:

Welcome to the UWTSD Bands & Music Society! If you play an instrument, want to be in a band, loves indie, rock, punk, metal or any other genre, we are the society for you! We are a social society that focuses on providing a social platform for all music lovers within the university- from those who play intruments to those who just love to listen to music. We welcome all who want to come along and share their musical interests and talents and also have jam sessions with the members of our society.

As a member of our society you will gain full access to our exciting events and socials that we organise for you....all you have to do is come along and have fun!

We aim to provide our members with a safe, comfortable environment  where they can make friends, form bands or share music with those with similar music tastes, allowing you to show your interests in the music world and enjoy your experience here with us in Swansea.

We may be a new society, but don't let that scare you!  There is a place for everyone here at Bands and Music Society!
