CU church search
The CU is made up of Christians from different churches, and we gather together to support each other, grow in faith, and share the love of Jesus with our campus. If you're serious about following Jesus, or even just seriously exploring what that might mean, then finding a local church is one of the best things you can do. Uni is a brilliant time to grow in your walk with God, and being part of a church where Jesus is honoured and the Bible is taught faithfully will help you thrive spiritually during your time at uni.
To start off the academic year we will be running CHURCH SEARCH! This will be the perfect opportunity for any students who are looking for a local church to settle into during their time in uni. Below are the dates and times in which we will be running church search.
28th of September 10:30am - TOWY COMMUNITY CHURCH - Towy Church | Xcel Project, St Catherines Walk, Carmarthen, SA31 1GA (26 minute walk/6 minute drive from campus)
5th of October 10:30am - BETHEL CHURCH - Hill House, Picton Terrace, Carmarthen, SA31 3BS (20 minute walk/4 minute drive from campus)
11th of October 10:30am - EGLWYS PENUEL CHURCH - Building 4, Parc Dewi Sant, Job’s Well Road, SA31 3HB (9 minute walk/2 minute drive from campus)

Ticketed Event
Some events have limited spaces. If a Book Now button appears within the description you must register before you can attend. For these events please only book if you know you can make it. You can also let us know if you can’t attend so we can offer your space to someone else.
Refunds
Event tickets and booking fees are non-refundable, unless;
- You give us at least ten working days notice
- We postpone or cancel the event.
- Or the event has been changed significantly from the original advertisement.

Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may be taken at our events. By booking on to our event, you grant us (UWTSD Students’ Union) full rights to use the resulting images. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know by getting in touch or speaking with the on-site photographer.
