If you arrive for a fixture, or during a fixture, the conditions do not adhere to BUCS regulations, the club should complete a Playing Under Protest form, outlining the regulations that have not been met.

By completing a Playing Under Protest form, the club is able to appeal at the conclusion of a fixture if the club feels that the grievances had a direct impact on the result of a fixture or gave an unfair advantage to a team. If a club does not complete a Playing Under Protest form, it is assumed the club has accepted the conditions, and a club will not be able to appeal.
