This idea is to provide trianing to PTO (Part Time Officers ) That are  classified as Liberation officers safegaurding and mental welfare training. As these officer may have a slightly higher need to be train to protect student as they are studying with in the officer commuty, this is because the soceity that we live in is not really build for poeple under the comunity that libation officer are spreaking for, hence the officer may find them selves talking with student about sentive issue and it will be good to have training for that situimation.
