We're inviting all UWTSD Students to our once-a-year, meeting-of-all-meetings - our AGM. It's happening on Wednesday 19 February 2025 at 14:00 via Microsoft Teams.

What is an Annual General Meeting?

We are your Students' Union, and our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important once-a-year meeting that all UWTSD students are welcome to attend. Happening on Wednesday 19 February 2025 at 14:00, here's what we have planned:

• We present a review of what's been achieved in the past academic year.
• You have a chance to review and vote on student-submitted ideas called motions - and you can submit a motion via our online form by Wednesday 12 February.
• Vote on our Affiliations
• Vote on our Democracy Review
• Review our budget

The event will be held online via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 19 February at 14:00, and there are also meeting points across our campuses (which we'll announce soon).

Submit your motion

A motion is a student-submitted idea that gets presented and debated at the AGM for a chance to become Union policy. To submit an idea, you need to complete the online motion form and have another student second your idea.
