Coming to university is a strange and scary experience. Coming to university in rural Wales when you identify as LGBTQ+ is even scarier, especially when LGBT+ societies aren't very visible on social media and on campuses.

I am proposing that TSDSU universities fly the LGBTQ+ flag all year round - instead of just on history month. It's important for LGBTQ+ students to feel represented, supported, and like they can be visible immediately upon arriving. It would be good for the universities to have such an open and immediate show of solidarity with minorities, and it would hopefully encourage a more accepting and tolerant attitude on campuses within the student body.
