I feel as though those who are wishing to receive a new card for personal reasons, namely a change of name, should be able to receive a new card without paying the £10, providing the current card hasn't been lost. This would be beneficial to those wishing to transition MtF/FtM, and help make the transition process while at uni easier.

Personally I don't see why we don't have a digital sign-in system fingerprint/iris recognition software or even a mobile app to download that could do alot more than the cards van
